◆ 영상통화 팬사인회 이벤트 응모 유의사항 

1. 본 이벤트는 정해진 시간 내에만 진행됩니다.(KST 기준) 응모 전 이벤트 시간을 확인하신 후 해당 시간에 참여가 가능하신 분들에 한해 응모해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 이벤트 응모 시 비고란에 아래 개인정보를 반드시 기입해 주세요.

[응모자 성함 (실명, 영/한에 한함) /이메일주소/KakaoTalk ID/생년월일/연락처]

3. 본 이벤트는 참여 기간 동안 구매하신 앨범 수량만큼 자동 응모되며, 응모권이 포함된 상품으로 응모 당첨 결과 발표 후 취소 및 교환, 환불은 불가입니다.

4. VIDEO CALL은 KakaoTalk 으로 진행됩니다. 응모 시, KakaoTalk ID 를 기입해 주시기 바랍니다.

5. KakaoTalk ID 란에는 이메일 주소가 아닌 검색 및 등록이 가능한 ID로 기입 바랍니다.

6. KakaoTalk ID의 친구 검색 및 추가 상태가 허용으로 설정되어 있는지 반드시 확인 바랍니다.

7. 입력하신 KakaoTalk ID로 친구 추가가 허용되지 않거나 등록이 불가능한 경우 발생하는 문제에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 본 이벤트는 회원 정보를 토대로 응모가 진행되는 점 미리 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

9. 영상통화 이벤트 종료 후 사인지 기명은 구매하실 때 입력하신 응모자명 기준입니다. (한/영에 한함)

10. 사인은 준비된 앨범커버에 진행될 예정이며 그림, 기호, P.S 등의 요청은 불가합니다.

11. 본 이벤트에는 당첨자 본인만 참여 가능합니다. 타인에게 양도할 수 없으며, 적발 시 이후 모든 이벤트 대상에서 제외됩니다. (대리 참석 불가)

12. 본 이벤트는 판매 마감 후 취소 및 환불이 불가능합니다.

13. 중복 당첨자 확인을 위해, 개인정보보호법에 의거하여 당첨자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집, 제공합니다.

◆ 영상통화 팬사인회 이벤트 진행 시 유의사항 

1. VIDEO CALL은 안내되는 순서에 따라 순차적으로 진행됩니다.(다만, 현장 진행 상황에 따라 순서가 변동될 수도 있습니다.)

2. 이벤트 진행 전일, 1Takes(원티샵)에서 일괄적으로 안내 메시지를 보내드릴 예정이며 반드시 회신해 주셔야 합니다.

3. 이벤트 진행 시작 후 2번 이상 전화를 받지 않는 경우, 진행이 불가합니다.

4. 본 이벤트는 당첨자 본인만 참여 가능하며 당첨자 본인 외 이벤트 참여자가 있을 시 강제 종료될 수 있습니다.

5. 당첨자 본인의 문제로 인해 연결이 끊기거나 불안정한 경우, 이벤트 진행이 어려울 수 있으니 네트워크 환경을 사전에 체크해 주시기 바랍니다. (LTE 또는 5G를 사용해주세요. WIFI는 끊김 현상이 발생하여 추천하지 않습니다.)

6. 이벤트 당첨권의 양도, 판매 적발 시 추후 1Takes(원티샵) 의 모든 이벤트 참여가 제한됩니다.

7. 영상통화 진행 중 아티스트에게 무리한 요구, 욕설, 비하 등은 삼가주시기 바라며, 이 외에도 이벤트 진행에 부적절한 행동으로 판단될 경우 스태프에 의해 통화가 중단될 수 있습니다.

8. 이벤트 진행 시 다른 기기로 영상 녹화 및 녹음은 불가합니다. 또한 이벤트의 어떠한 내용도 녹화, 녹음하여 SNS에 공유 및 라이브 중계를 금지합니다.

9. 라이브 이벤트 사정에 따라 사전에 공지 없이 이벤트의 내용 및 시간이 변경될 수 있습니다.

10. 원활한 진행을 위해 진행 안내를 반드시 확인하여 주시길 바랍니다.

                         - Unboxing video: After sending it to shop@minirecord.com, and ask through 1:1 inquiry

- Please note that exchanges and refunds are only possible within 7 days after receipt of the item.

- Please note that if you have no unboxing video, it will not be returned or exchanged.

- Please send the inquiries via MINIRECORD App 1:1 inquiry or website - community - 1:1 inquiry.

- Please read the following items.

   In the following case, you can get returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt of the item.

   1. If you have an unboxing video and appropriate reasons for exchange or return.

   2. If the product is damaged or defective before you open it.

   3. Visible scratches, fold, strains, cutting or printing defects on the album.

   4. Due to the delivery mistakes/errors.

   5. If the reason for exchange and refund is at MINIRECORD.

   6. If the QR code or serial number does not work.

   7. If you received a different album from what you purchased.

   In the following cases, it will not be returned or exchanged even within 7 days after receipt of the item.

   1. If you have no unboxing video.

   2. If the products are damaged or defective by customers.

   3. If the value of the product has significantly decreased.

   4. If there are traces of use or damage even if the product has been mis-delivered.

   5. If you have already scanned the QR code or serial number in our App.

   6. In the case of products that are notified in advance on the website that they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

   7. If 7 days have passed since you received the product (based on the tracking of the invoice).

- Once the exchange request is confirmed, a courier will visit your address within 1-2 days. Please pack the products and deliver them to the visiting courier.

- Exchange and refund procedures other than the instructions follow the regulations under the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.

- Payment conditions and procedures for payment refunds and compensation for delayed refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.

- Matters regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, quality assurance, and damage compensation due to defective products are handled in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission review).
