In the following case, you can get returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt of the item.
1. If you have an unboxing video and appropriate reasons for exchange or return.
2. If the product is damaged or defective before you open it.

4. Due to the delivery mistakes/errors.
5. If the reason for exchange and refund is at MINIRECORD.
6. If the QR code or serial number does not work.
7. If you received a different album from what you purchased.
In the following cases, it will not be returned or exchanged even within 7 days after receipt of the item.
1. If you have no unboxing video.
2. If the products are damaged or defective by customers.
3. If the value of the product has significantly decreased.
4. If there are traces of use or damage even if the product has been mis-delivered.
5. If you have already scanned the QR code or serial number in our App.
6. In the case of products that are notified in advance on the website that they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
7. If 7 days have passed since you received the product (based on the tracking of the invoice).
- Once the exchange request is confirmed, a courier will visit your address within 1-2 days. Please pack the products and deliver them to the visiting courier.
