◆ Guidelines for participating in the face-to-face fan signing event

* For this event you are automatically entered according to the number of albums purchased during the participation period, and cancellation, exchange, or refund is not allowed after the announcement has been posted.

1. When applying for the event, be sure to fill the personal information below in the notes section.

[Applicant’s name (real name, English/Korean only) / Email address / Kakaotalk ID / date of birth / Contact information / Nationality]

2. This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Please apply only if you are able to attend.

3. As for foreign residents and proxy applicants, please include the country code of contact information (e-mail, phone number) with you rather than the shipping agent or proxy applicant's (or other's) contact information. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by other contact information.

4. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/ID) you entered when you order.

5. Event products will be shipped after the event ends, and it may take 5-7 days. (The delivery schedule may be delayed depending on the special production situation.)

6. In the case of multiple orders from the same applicant among the winners, autographs and special benefits will be sent to the first order number. Please note this when applying.

◆ Guidelines for participating in the face-to-face fan signing event

1. ID verification will be conducted before entering. Please prepare your ID in advance when participating in the event.

- Koreans (minors): elementary/middle/high school student ID, passport, nationally recognized certificate with date of birth

- Koreans (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport

- Foreigner: passport, alien registration card

(It is impossible to confirm with photos, scanned copies, abstracts and certified copies, etc.)

2. Confirmation of winners and distribution of number tickets can be confirmed 30 minutes prior to the start of the face-to-face fan signing event.

3. Please be sure to take a seat in your number before the event begins. Seat movement after entry is strictly restricted. You may have to leave if you change your seats.

4. Only the person who applied for the event can participate. Please note that you will be excluded from all future events if you transfer the ticket to another. 

5. While a face-to-face fan signing event is in progress, you can take pictures and videos at your seat. Taking pictures or recording while waiting is not allowed. Please leave your phones, cameras or other electronic products while signing.

6. SNS live broadcasting (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Afreeca TV, etc.) is prohibited during the event.

7. Signs can only be received on the prepared signature paper, and please check the page to be received with a post-it note in advance. (Please note that the photocard or the personal belongings will not be returned.)

8. Please attach a post with [To.] written on the signage in advance for speedy progress. ([To.] can only be used in Korean or English, and can only be done with your real name.)

9. One of the [To.] / [Sign] / [Post-it question] is allowed. (Photoshop is not allowed.)

10. Please write the questions on notes in advance, besides, the inappropriate content may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment, and depending on the situation, it may be difficult to answer all questions.   

11. In this event, letters,  handwritten letters, small-size gifts, headwear and accessories   should be delivered by the staff, and it will be non-refundable.

12. This event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice according to the government's social distancing policy related to COVID-19 or circumstances of the hosting company.

13. This signing event will be held without an acrylic screen, and please note you cannot enter without wearing a mask.

14. Even if it is not specified in the above, please note that you may be forced to leave if you conduct an action that is judged to be difficult to proceed smoothly whether you have received a signature or not.

15. We do not take responsibility for situations arising from not knowing the notice, please be sure to read the notice to avoid any disadvantages.

16.  In order to check duplicate winners, we collect and provide winners' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act as follows.

• Persons receiving personal information: MINIRECORD, WAKEONE, SWING ENTERTAINMENT

• Collection items: name, date of birth, contact information, email address, nationality

• Purpose of collection: Kep1er The 4th Mini Album <𝕃𝕆𝕍𝔼𝕊𝕋ℝ𝕌ℂ𝕂!> Platform ver. face to face fan sign event

• Usage Period: Information will be destroyed after achieving the purpose of use (within 7 days after the end of the event)

      * The contents of the notice above are subject to change depending on the circumstances.

[Important notes in the event to prevent COVID-19]

All visitors are required to wear KF94 masks

: After entering the inside (lobby, seats), everyone is required to wear a mask.

: You cannot enter without wearing a KF94 mask.

: Drinks including food and water are not allowed inside (lobby, seats, etc.).

* We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading the above notice.

* There are many changes related to the COVID-19 situation, please read the notice carefully before participating.

- Please note that exchanges and refunds are only possible within 7 days after receipt of the item.

- Please note that if you have no unboxing video, it will not be returned or exchanged.

- Please send the inquiries via MINIRECORD App 1:1 inquiry or website - community - 1:1 inquiry.

- Please read the following items.

   In the following case, you can get returned or exchanged within 7 days after receipt of the item.

   1. If you have an unboxing video and appropriate reasons for exchange or return.

   2. If the product is damaged or defective before you open it.

   3. Visible scratches, fold, strains, cutting or printing defects on the album.

   4. Due to the delivery mistakes/errors.

   5. If the reason for exchange and refund is at MINIRECORD.

   6. If the QR code or serial number does not work.

   7. If you received a different album from what you purchased.

   In the following cases, it will not be returned or exchanged even within 7 days after receipt of the item.

   1. If you have no unboxing video.

   2. If the products are damaged or defective by customers.

   3. If the value of the product has significantly decreased.

   4. If there are traces of use or damage even if the product has been mis-delivered.

   5. If you have already scanned the QR code or serial number in our App.

   6. In the case of products that are notified in advance on the website that they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

   7. If 7 days have passed since you received the product (based on the tracking of the invoice).

- Once the exchange request is confirmed, a courier will visit your address within 1-2 days. Please pack the products and deliver them to the visiting courier.

- Exchange and refund procedures other than the instructions follow the regulations under the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.

- Payment conditions and procedures for payment refunds and compensation for delayed refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.

- Matters regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, quality assurance, and damage compensation due to defective products are handled in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission review).
